I am a Registered Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. In my early career I worked across the public sector, working primarily in not-for-profit community services agencies, providing accessible psychological support to children, adolescents, and their families. In these roles I provided a range of psychological support, including alcohol/other drug counselling, parent and family centred support, reflective practice for non-clinical teams and direct therapeutic support to clients in out of home care. I have more recently begun working in private practice, with a range of different presentations including but not limited to mood disorders (anxiety and depression), neurodevelopmental disorders (autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder), alcohol and other drug problems, eating disorders, school refusal and high-risk behaviours for adolescents. I am trained and competent in providing a range of cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments, however these are only available upon specific request.

My passion is to provide flexible and accessible psychological support to all individuals, to break the stigma of mental health support, and help others to grow internally. I have a background in professional dance and performing arts, and understand the complexities and pressures experienced by young people in this environment. In recent years I have explored the power of holistic health in collaboration with psychological support, and the benefit this provides.
