Dr Christina Faber
Christina graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2013 with a Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology. She is a registered member of the Psychology Board of Australia, APS Member, board-approved supervisor, and a registered provider with Medicare.
Christina offers a compassionate and non-judgmental space to support adults and young people (aged 14+) experiencing a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship and parenting issues. She draws upon a range of evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, IFS, DBT and mindfulness-based therapies, working collaboratively to empower people to develop coping skills and self-acceptance. Christina has witnessed the transformative impact of mindfulness and meditation upon mental health. She believes that these practices can lead to greater self-awareness and increased emotional stability.
Referrals are currently being accepted for both adults and young people (over the age of 14). Sessions are available face-to-face or via telehealth.
